Building and Technical Drafter As a specialist in technical drawing within our Workplace & Facility Services team, you play a key role in the layout, evolution, and management of our workspaces. You collaborate closely with our Senior Technical Specialist, project leaders, and the Service Manager to design reliable, precise, and essential plans for the daily operation of our site. Your mission: create, update, and guarantee the quality of architectural, technical, layout, and security plans to offer our employees a modern, compliant, and tailored environment to their needs. Your main responsibilities Steer the plan establishment procedure Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of the design procedure. Ensure the application of standards and best practices. Manage the layout plans (Workplace Management) Design and update the layout plans of workspaces. Identify space needs and participate in their optimization. Integrate OLT3, EHS, and other internal or external standards. Ensure equitable distribution of spaces and optimal placement of furniture and equipment. Develop and update architectural and technical plans. Realize architectural, technical, and principle plans. Carry out site measurements and ensure the plans "as built" are up to date. Manage fire safety plans Produce and maintain fire safety plans and evacuation signs in connection with Physical Security. Contribute to the management of the CAFM/GMAO tool. Participate in the development of the tool (Archibus or Planon). Maintain technical databases up to date. Integrate plans and generate necessary reports for service management. Your profile Training Drafter/trainer in building or equivalent training required. Minimum 5 years of experience in building or technical drawing required. Experience in a design office desired. Technical knowledge SIA, energy, and fire safety standards. Reading electrical, cold/hot, ventilation, and sanitary diagrams. Knowledge of OLT3. Computer tools AutoCAD, Revit required. CAFM (Archibus or Planon) important asset. MS Office, SAP. Languages French fluent. Good English understanding. Personal qualities Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility. Practical spirit, solution-oriented, and service-oriented.
