Berne (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Ensure the development and implementation of crisis management for the entirety of the Federal Office for Economic Supply OFAE • Manage OFAE crisis prevention on an organizational level, develop and apply basic documents and processes to deal with extraordinary situations • Develop crisis scenarios, design and organize crisis training and exercises on the OFAE scale • Guarantee, as the person responsible for monitoring the situation, an updated and reliable overview, analyze relevant developments and participate in decision-making in the event of an escalation of the situation • Represent the Head of the Resources Division in her absence (deputization) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Master's in economic sciences or in crisis management • Excellent analytical skills and ability to present complex facts in a comprehensible manner adapted to interlocutors • Experience in crisis management, risk management or business continuity management (ideally within the federal administration) • Autonomy and great writing skills • Interpersonal skills, networked thinking and ability to communicate in a targeted manner • Very good knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words You indicate the direction to follow in complex and dynamic situations and maintain the overview even under pressure.
