Then we are looking for you, starting immediately or by arrangement, as a qualified employee in our Administration / Accounting (m/f/d) 80 - 100%.

• Creation of offers, order processing and invoicing
• Support of financial accounting and payroll administration
• Support in internal sales
• Various administrative tasks (telephone, mail, purchase of office supplies, etc.)
• Inventory management of disposal systems
• Organization of trade fairs and customer events
• Advertising including planning and ordering of promotional material
• Maintenance and care of internet platforms and social media
• Completed vocational training as a* Kauffrau/ Kaufmann EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Logical thinking, understanding of workflows, understanding of numbers
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook (BC is an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing and correspondence experience
• French or Italian language skills are not a requirement but are an advantage
• Quick comprehension and networked thinking
