After-Sales Service Watchmaker Restoration

WATCHMAKER RESTORATION (M/F)

based in our offices in Le Sentier, Switzerland.

Within the Customer Service department, the Restoration Watchmaker performs the repair, restoration, as well as the maintenance of vintage watches and ensures technical and historical follow-up.

HOW WILL YOU HAVE AN IMPACT?

• Ensure the refurbishment of our oldest watches
• Proceed with the restoration of the piece (anglage, black polish, restoration of steel, etc..) as well as the repair,
• Exchange or remanufacture defective components (winding stem, balance staff, hairspring counting…) using existing machines (70 lathe, milling machine, punching machine…)
• Proceed to the final control: movement, aesthetics, water resistance, wear simulation, functions (calendar, chrono...), reassembly, as well as the rehousing of the piece,
• Manage the supply of materials and ensure the design and manufacture of the necessary tooling.

THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS? YOUR SKILLS!

• You hold a CFC in watchmaking or equivalent
• You have several years of experience in a Restoration workshop
• You are passionate about watches and their history
• You have worked in an after-sales service environment
• You are customer-oriented and provide solutions
• Open and communicative personality
• Precision and meticulousness
