On behalf of one of our clients located on the Riviera vaudoise, we are looking for a

Qualified Nurse at 90% (CDI)

wishing to commit themselves to an establishment where quality of care, respect for the person, and team spirit are essential values.

Your responsibilities

Within a multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in the support and monitoring of residents while ensuring their well-being and quality of life.

Your main missions:

• Ensure nursing care adapted to the needs of the residents.
• Evaluate clinical situations and guarantee personalized follow-up.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of care projects.
• Collaborate with various professionals to ensure global and coherent care.
• Support residents and their loved ones with listening, respect, and professionalism.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of services and care practices.

Your profile

• Bachelor in nursing or equivalent recognized title.
• Experience in psychiatry or a marked interest in this field.
• Knowledge of the Montessori method, an asset.
• Good mastery of standard IT tools.
• Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a network and interdisciplinarity.
