Responsibilities • Supervise and lead a team specialized in resin application (floors, balconies, injection work). • Guarantee the quality of achievements, compliance with deadlines, and rigorous application of safety instructions. • Plan, organize, and monitor construction sites throughout the projects. • Train, supervise, and develop employees in order to strengthen skills within the team. Your profile • Proven track record: You have solid experience in resin application and have already successfully managed a team. • Leadership spirit: You know how to unite, motivate, and lead your employees with confidence and kindness. • Technical expertise: You master the processes related to resin application (floors, balconies, injections) and are committed to neat and durable work. • Autonomy and rigor: Organized and reliable, you respect deadlines while guaranteeing a high level of quality. • Interpersonal skills: You communicate easily with your team members as well as with other stakeholders on the construction site.
