To inspire our customers daily with the best from the region, we give it our all as a team. Our business is growing and we are looking for a motivated reinforcement for our store team (currently 5 colleagues), which works hand in hand with our production (3 professionals, 2 apprentices) and our delivery team (4 drivers). These are your tasks with us: Friendly consulting: You are the face of our "Lädelis". You serve our customers with a smile and advise them competently on our cheese specialties and homemade products. Presenting freshness: You take care of inventory management and ensure that the counter and shelves are always presented in an inviting and clean manner. Ensuring quality: You work efficiently, efficiently and always keep our quality and hygiene standards in the store in mind. Experience or talent: Training or experience in retail (ideally in the food sector) is a big plus - but also motivated career changers with sales flair are welcome!
