Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire production planning and control in ice cream production
• Leadership of a small production team
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Optimization of production processes and resource management
• Monitoring and maintenance of the production facilities
• Responsibility for logistics, raw material procurement, and product development

Your profile

• Completed training as a milk technologist or baker-confectioner.
• Several years of experience in food production, ideally in ice cream manufacturing
• Leadership experience and strong teamwork skills
• Knowledge in production planning and process optimization
• High quality awareness and understanding of hygiene regulations
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, other languages an advantage
