CIP We are a Centre for continuing education for adults, with a hotel, a à la carte restaurant, a self-service and a media library, also active in the organization of cultural and professional events and seminars. We are looking for, for a start date of 1st August 2026 or to be agreed, a: Technical Agent Your role is essential to ensure the proper functioning of our centre, your responsibilities are: • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and outdoors • Monitor the technical facilities and ensure their compliance and respect for safety standards • Diagnose faults, carry out routine repairs and coordinate interventions by external companies when necessary. • Maintain and control the equipment, machines, appliances of the service as well as the vehicles. • Ensure follow-up of repair requests in coordination with the different departments and their resolution within the deadlines • Ensure cleaning work • Ensure the setup of rooms and spaces according to the needs of the different departments. • Manage stocks • Participate in the evening and weekend duty service. This challenge is for you if you have: • CFC as an Operations Agent or in a building trade or equivalent experience • Several years of experience in a similar position • Category B driving license essential • Good computer skills • In-depth knowledge of building techniques (ventilation, heating, plumbing, electricity, etc.) • Skills in outdoor (lawn mowing, hay, tree pruning, etc.) and indoor maintenance (cleaning equipment, products, tools, etc.) • A customer-oriented personality, dynamism, great versatility, sense of organization, rigor and a pronounced taste for contact • Flexibility and availability for irregular schedules, including weekends • Mastery of the French language, knowledge of German is an asset • MSST training is an asset We offer a stimulating and pleasant working environment with varied and polyvalent tasks in a multidisciplinary context.
