Tasks ###

• Technical and personnel leadership of a fiduciary team as well as promotion of employees in their professional development
• Planning and management of resources, capacities, and mandate-related tasks
• Ensuring efficient workflows as well as high quality standards
• Independent support and consulting of a demanding customer portfolio of SMEs
• Responsibility for annual and interim financial statements as well as the management of complex fiduciary mandates
• Collaboration on tax issues and business administration consulting topics
• Responsibility for financial and payroll accounting as well as other fiduciary services
• Creation of evaluations, budgets, and decision-making bases for customers
• Maintenance and expansion of relationships with customers, authorities, financial institutions, and external partners
• Active participation in the further development and sustainable growth of the company

Requirements ###

• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary or finance and accounting
• Demonstrable experience in the independent consulting and support of SMEs from different industries
• At least initial leadership experience
• Completed higher vocational training in fiduciary, finance, or accounting
• In-depth specialist knowledge in the areas of closing processes, taxes, and value added tax
• High affinity for digital work processes as well as experience with modern ERP and fiduciary solutions
• Enjoyment in dealing with employees and customers as well as pronounced communication strength

Good user knowledge in MS Office
