Someone who acquires new knowledge in related technical topics independently and with enthusiasm, particularly through interdisciplinary cooperation with the relevant specialist departments.

Your tasks

• Planning and controlling projects: definition of project goals, milestones and schedules
• Coordination of teams: collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement projects efficiently
• Resource management: ensuring the optimal use of personnel and material resources
• Planning and execution of test orders in production as well as measurement of the results in the material technology laboratory and their documentation
• Quality control: monitoring of project results in relation to quality, time and budget
• Risk management: identification of potential risks and development of action plans
• Reporting: creation of status reports and presentation of project results to management
• Customer satisfaction: ensuring the fulfillment of customer requirements and expectations

You bring with you

• Technical basic training with further training to Engineer FH or dipl. Techniker*in HF in mechanical engineering/electrical engineering, process/plastic technology or plant engineering
• Experience from the production environment (advantageously from the environment of cable production)
• Sound knowledge in project management
• CAD knowledge
• Analytical, factual approach to challenges
• Assertiveness
• Effortless communication in English and German
