• rotating station responsibility (Saucier, Entremetier, Gardemanger)
• create mise en place for daily business and the changing weekly menu
• ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen

• comply with hygiene regulations according to the Food Law (kitchen and storage)

Profile

• completed culinary training
• sound specialist and product knowledge, ideally of Italian cuisine
• proven experience in the production of fresh pasta
• team spirit, service-oriented way of working with readiness for flexible working hours
• good Italian skills and/or German skills
