The Fondation Armée du Salut Suisse is an important Christian non-profit organization recognized in Switzerland and throughout the world for its social work. In La-Tour-de-Peilz, Phare-Elim SA is a medico-social establishment welcoming 46 residents that offers a living space for dependent elderly people and also has a Temporary Reception Centre with 8 places. Our employees work daily for their well-being, while promoting a convivial lifestyle between residents, their relatives, and the teams. Your field of activity: As part of your duties, you ensure attentive and respectful care and support to elderly people, in coherence with the values and mission of our establishment. Sensitive to the needs of the residents, you provide quality care. You ensure a rigorous transmission of information for the follow-up of care files. You participate actively in the implementation of the personalized support project, contributing to the well-being and quality of life of the residents. You apply hospital hygiene rules and ensure the maintenance of a clean, secure, welcoming, and orderly environment. You are willing to work according to irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, according to a rotation system including continuous or split shifts within the team. What you bring: As a Care and support assistant, you have professional experience and have preferably acquired knowledge of psycho-geriatric issues. Recognized for your autonomy, your calm, and your sense of responsibility, you are perfectly comfortable with the requirements that the position implies. Reliable and committed, you work with a sense of service and team spirit. You demonstrate good physical and emotional resilience, necessary for a demanding and humanly rich environment. You are also conscientious and organized for administrative follow-up. You are able to communicate with kindness and clarity, and you maintain respectful relationships with residents, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team. You are comfortable with standard IT tools, and more particularly the DIR. You share the Christian values of the Armée du Salut and have an interest in its social orientation. Previous experience in an EMS would be an asset for your application.
