August 2026 Job description The Schule am Käferberg is a family-friendly Montessori school with a kindergarten. We accompany children in a respectful and prepared environment and promote their independence, creativity and joy of learning. To complement our team, we are looking for a committed music teacher for the school year 2026/2027. Your task You design a varied and age-appropriate music lesson once a week for our Montessori kindergarten with around 11 children aged 3 to 6 years. Through singing, rhythm, movement and the use of various instruments, you enable the children to have a playful approach to music and promote their musical, social and creative development. Planning and implementation of a weekly music lesson Playful imparting of music through singing, rhythm and movement Use of age-appropriate instruments Promotion of creativity, expression and musical experience Creation of a respectful and motivating learning atmosphere Cooperation with the kindergarten teacher and the school management Your profile Training or experience in the field of music pedagogy, musical early childhood education or a comparable field Enjoyment of working with children aged 3 to 6 years Independent, reliable and creative way of working Patience, empathy and enthusiasm Interest in Montessori pedagogy or willingness to engage with it We offer A small group with around 11 children A lot of freedom in designing the lessons A family-friendly and respectful working atmosphere Committed and supportive colleagues Modern employment conditions Workload 1 lesson per week Lessons preferably on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday morning Entry date: August 2026 or by agreement Have we sparked your interest?
