Assistant Store Manager (f/m/d)

Exciting tasks

• Assist the manager in the operational and administrative management of the store with a small team
• Take over and ensure the smooth running of the site in their absence
• Monitor replenishment, shelf presentation, and commercial dynamics
• Advise customers on our garden and home items, and carry out sales
• Participate in checkouts, invoicing, and exchanges with management.

The sought-after profile

• You have a CFC as a retail manager or an equivalent training
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• You love sales and know, or are interested in, our assortment
• You are comfortable with IT tools, autonomous, versatile, and organized
• You master French; German is an asset.
