Your tasks ## What to expect #### • Consulting and supporting our customers in the specialist processes around data receipt and data exchange of invoices • Analysis of customer requirements as well as creation of specifications and documentation based on Business Requirements • Analysis, modeling and optimization of technical processes and data flows in the health or accident insurance environment • Ensuring stable operation in data receipt and invoice routing for downstream systems • Collaboration on technical and functional concepts for integrating new functionalities into the existing system landscape • Implementation of customer requirements through configuration in the EDI Dispatcher • Carrying out functional and integration tests according to specifications • Collaboration in projects as well as in release planning and introduction including support for product management Your skills ## What you bring technically #### • Completed training in the IT or commercial sector, ideally with further education in the field of business informatics or business analysis • Experience in the methodical analysis, conception and specification of business requirements • In-depth knowledge in handling databases, particularly in the context of data flows and interfaces • Very good SQL skills as well as a basic understanding of modern software development (e.g. Java) • Ideally, experience in the insurance industry as well as knowledge of the data models Syrius and/or Sumex • Experience in handling EDI/interface solutions or integration platforms is an advantage What makes you personally #### • High willingness to learn and interest in getting to know new topics and systems • Pronounced analytical skills and joy in cause analysis and error correction • Networked thinking across system and application boundaries as well as good architectural understanding • Team-oriented personality with pleasure in implementing customer requirements in close cooperation with specialist departments, IT specialists and external partners • Committed, open and resilient personality with pronounced sense of responsibility • Structured and solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards Your benefits ## The compatibility of profession and private life as well as the health of our employees are important to us.
