Job description ###### Tasks: Care and support - Support of qualified nursing staff. The work includes activities for the following daily activities. - Personal care and support of residents in daily activities - Record work performed in care documentation - Accompany residents to various activities - Perform daily household chores that arise Communication and other tasks: - Ensure a pleasant working climate - Participation in daily reports - Independent retrieval and forwarding of operationally relevant information - Adherence to planned work processes, if necessary, rearrange sensibly - Immediately report observed changes, problems or messages from residents to the superior - Adherence to and implementation of hygiene and safety - Participation in administration, logistics and cooperation NOTE: Due to a construction site, the journey may take a little longer.
