What you can contribute

• Ensure full substitution of the team leader
• Provide wise advice to staff members and hierarchy, as well as to HR managers within the HR Service Centre and handle requests pertaining to level 1 and 2 support
• Manage data relating to personnel, salaries and the organization in the HR systems; process processes related to salaries, business expenses and social insurance reliably and within deadlines
• Independently enter changes in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (IGDP and PSD)
• Handle complex special cases; meticulously check data relevant to finances and HR processes
• Actively accompany IT developments, projects and tests for systems; perform evaluations and analyses; establish working guidelines and training documents while transmitting knowledge to the team

What makes you unique

• Commercial training or in a similar field (CFC) and continuing education in human resources (e.g., federal diploma of HR specialist or personnel business management)
• Several years of experience in personnel administration and payroll administration
• Confidence in using SAP or comparable HR systems and enjoyment in working with digital processes
• Analytical, structured and independent way of working and enjoyment in dialoguing with various stakeholders
• Interest in taking on responsibilities and developing technical knowledge
• Ideally, good knowledge of a second official language
