• Competent, individual, and holistic care of patients, taking their specific needs into account
• Active co-design and further development of the nursing process by contributing specialist knowledge and practical experience
• Participation in quality assurance measures for the continuous improvement of nursing quality and effectiveness
• Promotion and support of students and trainees as a daily reference person according to their respective level of training
• Co-design of an active and positive team culture through constructive cooperation and open communication

What you bring with you ##

• Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH, DN II or AKP (for foreign diplomas with SRK recognition)
• Sound nursing knowledge and ideally professional experience in the acute care sector
• Strong awareness of quality
• Openness to change and enjoyment of a lively working environment
• Team-oriented, empathetic, and resilient personality
