We have been building with wood for over forty years: Tiny Houses, garden houses, saunas and animal shelters. As a family business with around forty employees in Arbon and in our own production plant in Poland, we are a leader in Switzerland in the field of small living forms and individual garden buildings.

For our office in Arbon, we are looking for a commercial all-rounder (female) or a commercial all-rounder (male). The position is versatile: You will handle the processing of our online shop, be the first point of contact on the telephone and take over an important part of our administration.

Your tasks
– Online shop: record orders, create invoices and delivery notes, prepare packages and pallets, advise freight forwarders, process returns and complaints, maintain stock levels and items in the backend
– Telephone and customer contact: operating the telephone switchboard, initial information on products and delivery times, forwarding to sales
– Administration: prepare down payment and final invoices, check incoming payments, mail, filing and archiving, procurement of office supplies, cash control
– Marketing support: publishing prepared posts on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, sending the newsletter
– Showroom: collaboration in shop service and in the care of our showroom on a rotational basis with the sales team

What you bring with you
– Commercial basic training (KV EFZ) or an equivalent qualification
– Experience in order processing, ideally with a connection to an online shop
– Confident handling of MS Office and enjoyment of digital systems; knowledge of SelectLine or WooCommerce is a plus
– Understanding of numbers and basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage
– Friendly and binding manner on the telephone, stylish German; French language skills are welcome
– Independent, structured way of working and the willingness to occasionally lend a hand in the warehouse
– Place of residence in the Arbon, Amriswil, Romanshorn or Rorschach region
– Willingness to mentor apprentices in the future (vocational trainer course can be completed with us)
