• Telephone consultation of insured persons and interested parties in German (Inbound)
• Providing information on various queries from all contact persons via telephone, chat & email
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Constant monitoring of open pending items
• Possible administrative and coordinative activities

What you bring with you:

• Completed VBV further training in the insurance industry
• Training as a merchant or training in the field of customer service
• Confident German in speaking & writing
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong communication skills
