For our client, a small, dynamic company that manufactures high-precision components for the machine industry, we are looking for a technically skilled and committed personality who enjoys demanding CNC manufacturing to strengthen the team immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• CNC manufacturing: Independent manufacturing of demanding individual parts and small series.
• Programming: Creating, adapting and optimizing CNC programs as well as independent setting up of new workpieces.
• Setup: Setting up and operating modern CNC machining machines.
• Quality: Independent inspection and documentation of the manufactured workpieces.
• Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes with regard to quality, efficiency and throughput time.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ or a comparable training.
• Several years of professional experience in CNC machining.
• Experience in the manufacturing of individual parts and small series.
• Good knowledge of CNC programming with Mastercam.
• Knowledge of Sinumerik 828D / 840D controls is an advantage.
• Good technical understanding and confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments.
• Independent, precise and reliable way of working.
