You follow the device from end to end, from electromechanical assembly to commissioning and after-sales service, and you become the electricity referent of a small workshop. Permanent position at 100%, Morges region, start date to be agreed.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a family-owned industrial SME located near Morges, which designs and manufactures its own professional electrical equipment. Technical office, assembly, and testing are combined on a single site.

YOUR TASKS

• Be the workshop referent for electrical assembly and electrical and electronic product questions.
• Wire devices and assemble mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies.
• Install and update firmwares.
• Adjust devices, perform functional trials, and end-of-line quality tests.
• Contribute, with the technical office, to product trials and validations.
• Occasionally ensure commissioning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting at customer sites in Switzerland.
• Support the workshop manager in day-to-day organization.

CONDITIONS

• Permanent position at 100%, start date to be agreed.
• Morges region, site accessible by car.
• Occasional travel to customers in Switzerland.
• Product training upon arrival.

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC in automation or equivalent, proven experience in industrial production.
• Mastery of wiring according to electrical diagrams; drawing them is a plus.
• Knowledge in electronics, comfortable with firmwares and IT.
• Capable of analyzing a fault and providing a diagnosis.
• Fluent French (C1 minimum); German is a major asset, without being a condition.
• Driving license B.
