Concerned with staying close to our clientele and guaranteeing them quality service, we are looking for a responsible electrical installer specialized in troubleshooting and after-sales service (SAV).

Your mission

You will intervene autonomously with a varied clientele, mainly in troubleshooting, after-sales service, and maintenance of electrical installations, in both high voltage and low voltage.

Thanks to your experience, you are able to quickly identify the origin of a fault, propose an adapted solution, and guarantee a reliable, compliant, and secure intervention.

You will also have a role as a reference person and team coordinator.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team
• Plan and organize requests and interventions with administrative support
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults
• Search for defects, short circuits, voltage drops, and other malfunctions
• Perform repairs and replace defective components
• Carry out modifications, adaptations, and small electrical installations
• Perform inspections, tests, and commissioning
• Read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams
• Prepare offers, measurements, and elements necessary for invoicing
• Write intervention reports and ensure work follow-up
• Advise customers and propose adapted technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with current Swiss standards, notably the NIBT
• Represent the company with professionalism to our clientele

Your profile

We are primarily looking for a motivated, reliable, and autonomous person who loves their profession and wishes to invest themselves in a family business over the long term.

You possess:

• A CFC as an electrical installer or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
• 10 years minimum of experience in general electrical installations
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, after-sales service, or electrical maintenance
• Very good knowledge of the NIBT and Swiss standards
• Solid knowledge in high voltage and low voltage
• An excellent analytical spirit and good fault-finding skills
• A category B driver's license

You are reactive, organized, and endowed with a good sense of responsibility. You appreciate contact with customers and know how to communicate professionally.

Your ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and support a team will be particularly appreciated.
