Assistant caretaker - Primary and secondary establishments Montriond and Bergières (40% to 100%)

The School and extracurricular services department ensures the coordination and harmonization of activities common to the 15 school establishments of the Ville de Lausanne in the management of students and classes.

The infrastructure and building department is looking for a person for the Montriond and Bergières establishments, who will assist the caretaker and complete the housekeeping team.

Main mission(s)

Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of premises, furniture, and exteriors

Collaborate in the surveillance of buildings

Contribute to the smooth running of buildings and CVSE technical installations

Participate in light maintenance work

In autumn, ensure the collection of dead leaves, and in winter, the clearing of snow and ice

Profile

CFC as an operations agent or a title deemed equivalent, an asset

Professional experience in the field of building maintenance or in a similar position

A person who enjoys contact and has a good ability to adapt

Ability to deal with numerous requests related to intense building occupation

Manual dexterity and ability to perform various maintenance tasks

Mastery of French, spoken and written (B2 level)

Special conditions

Necessity to reside near the place of work

Clean criminal records (ordinary and special)
