Educators ES / HES or ASE at 90% La Fondation Echaud is a socio-educational establishment that welcomes 80 adult people with multiple disabilities or severe medically recognized cerebral palsy, often also with various associated disorders and deficiencies. To complete an educational team in our Rue Neuve apartment located in Cugy (VD), where particular emphasis is placed on social integration, we are looking for an immediate or agreed-upon start for: Educators ES / HES or ASE at 90% The Position: Exercise within an educational team composed of people with different training. Accompany 6 beneficiaries daily, including weekends according to rotations, individually and collectively, to provide them with comfort and quality of life. Dispense delegated medical-technical care in relation to the level of training, under the responsibility of a nurse. Participate in the preparation and realization of meals and in the maintenance of the living space in general. Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor the beneficiaries' pedagogical projects and therapeutic programs. Organize leisure activities, outings, camps, and external activities with the beneficiaries. Participate in educational colloquiums and intersectoral networks. Collaborate with families, legal representatives, specialists, and various partners. Manage administrative tasks related to beneficiaries and the educational team. The Profile: HES or ES diploma in social education or CFC as a socio-educational assistant with a desire to enrich the accompaniment of beneficiaries through diversity and complementarity of paths. Interest in multiple disabilities, hygiene, and comfort care. Ease in team work, organization, and reliability, autonomy. Good computer skills. Driving license.
