Your tasks:

• General administrative and organizational activities
• Creation of offers, order confirmations and invoices
• Telephone and written customer contact
• Processing of emails and correspondence
• Deployment and personnel planning
• Management of customer data and documents
• Support of the management in administrative matters
• Coordination of appointments and meetings
• Control and processing of reports

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training EFZ
• Professional experience in the administrative field
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Organizational talent as well as strong service orientation
• Experience in the cleaning industry is an advantage
