Head of HR Service Center

So that HR works easily. Together with your teams (around 40 employees), you ensure that for around 10'500 employees, all administrative HR processes from entry to exit, from payroll processing to social insurance, function reliably, professionally, and in a customer-oriented manner. What awaits you <br /> • You lead the HR Service Center with the teams HR Payroll, HR Sozialversicherungen, HR Zeitwirtschaft and HR Administration. You directly lead the employees of the HR Projekte \& Prozesse team • You ensure the operational Employee Life Cycle from entry to exit, payroll run, time management and social insurance topics • You are responsible for the content of our HR system landscape: SAP HCM, PEP Polypoint, UKA and UKG • You make digitalization concrete: what is thought strategically in HR is implemented operationally • You lead cross-departmental projects • As a member of the HR Board, you help shape the direction of the Direktion Personal together with the other department heads (Beratung, Entwicklung \& Strategie, Steuerung) • You represent HR in various committees and projects <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Several years of leadership experience and the gift to lead and develop people • Profound experience in the topics of a modern HR Service Center • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems as well as the ability to quickly grasp technical connections • Experience in managing projects and change initiatives • Analytical, networked thinking as well as a high service orientation • Higher continuing education in Human Resources Management (e.g., MAS HRM or HR-Leitung) <br /> Our offer <br /> • An exciting leadership role with great scope for design • A motivated, competent and committed team • A central role in one of the largest health institutions in Switzerland • Attractive employment conditions as well as diverse development and further training opportunities <br /> Questions about the position?
