Now it is looking for an entrepreneurially thinking and well-organized Team Leader Workshop / Deputy Operations Manager (w/m/d) Tasks • You lead, promote and support a team of 12 employees in the workshop, both technically and personally • In doing so, you actively work in production and take over the setting up, programming and operation of CNC machines, as well as grinding work if required • As a link between the workshop and the office, you ensure a smooth flow of information and work closely with the operations manager, who is 50% on site • You are also responsible for quality assurance and the continuous optimization of processes • For technical and specialist questions, you are the first point of contact for your team Requirements • You have completed training as a polymechanic or have equivalent technical basic training (w/m/d) • Further training in the areas of management, production or mechanics is an advantage, but not a requirement • You have in-depth professional experience in CNC grinding and would like to remain partially active as a CNC grinder • You convince with your leadership qualities, technical understanding and structured and solution-oriented way of working • Do you also distinguish yourself through pronounced communication skills, sense of responsibility, decision-making pleasure and a hands-on mentality?
