Your tasks
Your area of responsibility extends from the conception, through implementation to the maintenance of the cloud and hybrid infrastructure of our customers, paired with IT project management at our customers.
You will work in the IT System Engineering team in a varied everyday routine with personal responsibility and a lot of customer contact – both by telephone, in writing and directly on-site at the customer. In doing so, there are interfaces to the Consulting & Sales team, where the primary contact persons for our customers are located. In addition to your function as a Senior IT System Technician, you will take over the project management for our customer projects from analysis and conception through project planning and implementation to a clean completion.
The most important activities:
Conception, implementation and maintenance of cloud and hybrid infrastructures as well as technical optimization for existing customers
Requirement gathering and requirement documentation in direct customer contact
Management and implementation of customer projects including management of the project team (functional leadership)
Reportings on the project status
Further development of work processes and defining standards in project management
Creation and sustainable maintenance of documentation

You possess training in the field of platform development (formerly system engineering) EFZ and have several years of professional experience in the field of system engineering. We are fans of Microsoft products such as Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft 365 and OneDrive for Business – you are well-versed in these and enjoy working with this product range.
Longer working hours during infrastructure migrations are ok for you, because it is part of the job. You are good with people, are committed, responsible and ready to join our mission to offer our services and products in the highest quality. You are proficient in written and spoken German, understand Swiss German and are comfortable with technical English.
You are experienced in:
IT project management
Client and server hardware
On-Premises & Cloud Microsoft infrastructures
Problem solutions around backup, firewall and WLAN
Services such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, AVD
