Location: CMS de Montreux Profile You hold a 120h health auxiliary certificate from the Croix-Rouge, Nurse's Aide, Family Aide (adaptation of salary and title depending on the diploma). Minimum 2 years of experience desired. In home care: an asset. Great sense of relationship, communication, and negotiation. Proactivity, reactivity, and solution orientation. Versatility, flexibility, and adaptability. You are dynamic, autonomous, and enjoy working in a team. Comfortable with IT tools. Driver's license and car indispensable. For foreign diplomas, a Croix-Rouge recognition is required or being in the process of the procedure.
