? Job description

As part of a team reinforcement, we are looking for a chef de rang for a temporary mission within several recognized establishments in the Geneva area.

Responsibilities

? Your missions

• Ensure the welcome and accompaniment of customers throughout the service
• Manage a station with full autonomy
• Experience in banquets
• Ensure service quality and compliance with the establishment's standards
• Be a driver, get involved in the service
• Perform the setup and cleaning of the station

Profile

? Profile sought

• Training in hospitality-catering (CFC, AFP, CAP or Bac Pro)
• Successful experience as a chef de rang
• Excellent presentation and sense of service
• Dynamism, rigor and team spirit
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stress during service
• Mastery of French and English (other language, a plus)
