Managing Director
The Verein Arbeitsmarktkontrolle für das Baugewerbe (AMKB) based in Pratteln carries out inspections on construction sites in Northwest Switzerland to monitor compliance with industry-specific and local working conditions and to combat undeclared work.

The clients include various parity commissions of collective labor agreements and cantonal authorities. Several inspection teams are constantly on the move, visiting construction sites regularly and conducting interviews. On the basis of these interviews, a team of specialists checks the compliance of various collective labor agreements by companies and posted companies, as well as suspicions of undeclared work.

a Managing Director
As Managing Director, you are responsible for achieving the inspection objectives. You lead the head of the field service team and lead the "Deepened Inspection" team – with specialists from law and administration. A staff position is available to support you with reporting and IT support.
In your activity at the AMKB, you will gain exciting insights into the Swiss labor market and its regulation. In exchange with employer and employee representatives as well as the accordingly responsible authorities, you form the competence center for labor law issues – particularly concerning collective labor law.
You are a team player, have leadership experience, and are interested in issues surrounding the labor market in the region. With your quick comprehension and your analytical thinking skills, you recognize complex connections and problems, question facts critically, and derive the necessary conclusions and the corresponding need for action from them. In addition, you have a flair for numbers and a stylistically confident command of German.
