Our newly established <<Business Applications & Processes>> department is growing, and we are looking for reinforcement as Business Applications & Data Specialist, 60-100% (w/m/d)

Tasks

• In this versatile role, you will work at the interface between business and IT and take on ongoing and increasing responsibility for our business applications
• Together with the specialist departments, you will analyze workflows and processes, get to the bottom of problem causes, and develop pragmatic, practical (IT) solutions
• Another focus of this position is on optimal data quality: you will optimize data flows and support master data adjustments, data cleansing, and migrations
• You will analyze data using Power BI and Power Query and create meaningful evaluations for our specialist departments
• Regarding interfaces and integrations, you will ensure reliable data flows between our systems as well as to customers and partners and continuously develop these
• You will actively contribute to the further development of our systems (ERP, CRM, Shop etc.) and support testing and releases
• You will identify potentials for digitalization and automation and independently implement smaller optimizations and applications
• Furthermore, you will actively participate in digitalization and system projects and support our Key Users with system- and process-related questions

Profile

• You have an education or further training in business informatics (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification and experience, for example as a Business Analyst, Data & Process Specialist, ERP Consultant, or Application Manager
• In addition, prerequisites are experience in dealing with ERP systems as well as a good understanding of data, data models, and processes
• You enjoy analyzing complex contexts and getting to the bottom of problems and ideally have knowledge in SQL, Power BI, Power Query, or interface technologies
• Interest in automation, low-code solutions, and new technologies are also prerequisites for this position
• We wish for a curious, communicative person who enjoys regularly and independently familiarizing themselves with complex matters or new systems
