Ittigen \| 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Lead the military healthcare system and ensure its effective interaction with the civilian healthcare system • Lead the Medical Services administrative unit as well as the Military Medical Service strategically, operationally and personally • Define military medical specifications for care, prevention, fitness assessment, training, teaching and research • Ensure the medical and medical logistics readiness of the army as well as technically ensure the supply of pharmaceuticals and medical products in cooperation with the Army Pharmacy • Advise the Chief of the Army, the Army Leadership, the Chief of the Logistics Base of the Army as well as the Chief of VBS and the National Leadership on medical service and military medical issues • Represent the interests of the military healthcare system in national and international leadership and specialist committees <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commissioned female or male military doctor with a federal or federally recognized medical diploma, with a doctorate or equivalent qualification as well as specialist title and several years of clinical experience in a military medically relevant specialty • Further education in the field of management at MAS, MBA, EMBA level and several years of leadership experience in complex healthcare organizations or comparable institutions • Distinct ability to bring different stakeholder groups together and successfully implement strategic projects • High level of networking within the Swiss healthcare landscape as well as with relevant partner organizations • Ideally experience in international missions or international strategic committees • Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a nutshell The military healthcare system makes a central contribution to the security and resilience of Switzerland.
