Tasks

• Greeting, advising and looking after guests
• Supporting operational operations, active cooperation in the shop
• Shift planning and independent shift management
• Conducting annual reviews
• Supporting the Store Manager in operational matters
• Participation in management and manager meetings
• Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP standards

Requirements

• Completed training in sales
• Good German skills, other languages an advantage
• Leadership experience, service- and service-oriented
• Positive charisma, friendly and motivated
• Team player, good organizational skills
• Flexible in terms of time and mobile (evening and weekend shifts)
• High affinity for fresh and high-quality products
