Job description ##

• Supervise and lead a production team.
• Organize and coordinate activities to guarantee quality, deadline and productivity objectives.
• Ensure monitoring of schedules, manufacturing orders and performance indicators.
• Guarantee compliance with procedures, quality standards and safety rules.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, logistics and methods departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes (5S, Lean, Kaizen).

We expect ##

• CFC in mechanics, micromechanics or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in team management in an industrial environment.
• Good mastery of production processes, ERP tools and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Lean methods, 5S and continuous improvement.
• Leadership, organizational skills, rigor and team spirit.
