Rotating Receptionist (M/F) - Hôtel de la Cigogne - CDI

STARTING FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2026, WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR FUTURE ROTATING RECEPTIONIST WHOSE MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE THE FOLLOWING:

• Take and enter reservations;
• Perform check-in/check-out;
• Respect department procedures;
• Enter customer data;
• Establish customer billing (room, mini-bar, parking…);
• Control the cash float at each shift change;
• Know all the rooms as well as the clientele;
• Communicate and transmit instructions to colleagues;
• If needed, perform the duties of the bellboy position;
• Replace the Night Auditor when needed (average of 12 nights per month).
• Level of education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent secondary level.
• Work experience: At least 1 year of work experience
• Supervision experience: At least 1 year of supervision experience.

The Hôtel de la Cigogne 5*, has 49 rooms, junior suites and suites, each decorated in a different style. This charming house features a traditional restaurant, a bar as well as a magnificent lounge for meetings, cocktails, lunches and dinners that can accommodate up to 40 people.
