Your tasks with us: -    Designer of everyday life: With fresh ideas and an open ear, you make every day a small adventure. Whether creative workshop, movement games, or small everyday rituals - you bring variety and joy into the day. -    Individual support: You take time for each and every one. With finesse and patience, you support the development of personality and promote the independence of your protégés. -    Creating rituals and structures: In your support, you offer orientation and security through clear structures and loving rituals. -    Collaboration with heart and mind: You work hand in hand with our team, are in exchange with relatives, and bring your ideas for projects and activities. -    Documentation with a sense of touch: You record the progress and experiences of the people you care for - for us, an important basis for making the best of our support. What you bring with you: -    Professional competence and heart: You have completed your training as a specialized care professional (EFZ) and perhaps already have experience in the field of group leadership. Even more important: You have a big heart for children and understand that each person has their own story and needs. -    Creativity and patience: You approach children openly, flexibly, and with a large portion of patience, and can empathize well with different life situations. -    Team spirit and humor: We laugh a lot, support each other, and work closely together - exactly what is also important to you. You approach challenges with energy and a smile.
