Responsibilities ###

As Administrative and Accounting Manager, your main missions will include:

• Supervising and managing daily accounting operations.
• Coordinating tasks with your assistants and junior accountants.
• Ensuring the follow-up of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Managing relations with external partners (banks, fiduciaries, etc.).
• Supervising administrative processes and guaranteeing their compliance with current regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize internal processes.
• Organizing the calculation of salaries and social benefits

Qualifications ###

We are looking for a candidate possessing the following qualifications:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or business management (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in Switzerland.
• Excellent mastery of IT tools, notably accounting software.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss accounting standards.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
