Assistant Accountant (40%)

Your main missions

Accounts Payable

• Processing supplier invoices in CHF/EUR/USD (control, coding, and entry)
• Preparation and processing of supplier payments (weekly, advance payments)
• Management of expense reports

Accounts Receivable

• Daily monitoring and recording of receipts
• Management of reminders and debt collection as a replacement for the person in charge

General Accounting

• Close collaboration with the accounting manager
• Daily recording of routine operations
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts
• Filing and archiving of accounting documents
• Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual closings
• Participation in the preparation of VAT returns
• Support for administrative work and occasional replacements

Your profile

• CFC in commercial employee or equivalent training, with experience in accounting
• Two to three years of professional experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of general accounting, VAT, and Swiss accounting obligations
• Proficiency with standard IT tools (ERP system, MS Office)
• Excellent command of French (oral and written), English and/or German an asset
