Our activity covers all phases of the project, on various programs: housing, transformations, heritage restoration, commercial developments, public establishments, restoration, and real estate developments. To accompany the growth of the office, we are looking for a: Project Manager Architect (80-100%) Your main tasks: • Complete management of architectural projects, from initial studies to completion. • Coordination of the different project stakeholders (client, engineers, companies, authorities, and specialized representatives). • Development and monitoring of inquiry files. • Development of projects in the execution phase. • Architectural and technical management of construction sites. • Cost control, administrative monitoring, verification of deadlines, and execution quality. Your profile: • HES, EPF, or equivalent architect diploma. • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland. • Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures, SIA standards, and Swiss construction practices. • Proven experience in managing works and conducting construction sites. • Perfect mastery of Archicad (essential, please do not apply if this criterion is not met). • Good mastery of Messerli. • Excellent organizational and coordination skills. • Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
