In this newly created role, you will work closely with the CEO and support her in organizational, administrative, and entrepreneurial tasks. You will coordinate complex projects, create efficient structures, and drive the digitalization of administrative processes. Other key areas include topics in the field of Corporate Due Diligence, contract management, and cooperation with external partners. For demanding customer projects and extensive offers, you will support the CEO in their preparation and implementation. Additionally, you will take on tasks in cooperation with the French subsidiary and occasionally participate in marketing and sales topics. In this SME, you also enjoy rolling up your sleeves in the daily administrative business.

You have a commercial or technical basic education, ideally supplemented by higher business administration training or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in a wide-ranging assistant, project, or coordination function and are familiar with a technologically and/or service-oriented SME environment. You are IT-savvy, confident in using common MS Office applications, and open to the use of digital tools. Business-fluent German and English skills, as well as very good oral French skills, round off your profile. You think analytically and in networks, work independently as well as proactively, and contribute your own suggested solutions. Discretion, reliability, and integrity are a matter of course for you.
