Your tasks at a glance:

• Programming and operation of our modern 3D measuring machines (optical & tactile) as well as computer tomographs
• Carrying out precise measurements and creating initial sample inspection reports (EMPB)
• Development of intelligent measurement concepts and close cooperation with customers and internal teams
• Measurement system analyses as well as creation and maintenance of inspection plans and QM documentation
• Active participation in quality improvement, including processing of deviations (8D reports)
• Organization and management of our testing equipment inventory
• Quality assurance during ongoing series production

What you bring with you:

• Experience in metrology and quality assurance, ideally in the automotive industry
• Practical experience in programming coordinate measuring machines – with software knowledge such as PC-DMIS and WinWerth
• Completed technical basic training (e.g., plastics technologist, polymechanic or similar)
• Very good German skills (at least C1) – other languages and English skills are a plus
• Technical understanding, an eye for detail and a high quality awareness
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Good IT skills
