Construction Project Manager FR/ALL (m/f) / 80-100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission On behalf of a major player in distribution in Switzerland, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join its Real Estate department and lead various projects at several sites in Valais. Your responsibilities: - Lead construction and renovation projects, from planning to delivery. - Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements. - Coordinate companies, contractors, and various stakeholders. - Ensure technical monitoring of construction sites and ensure the compliance of the works. - Elaborate and monitor budgets, quotes, and work schedules. - Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, authorities, and external partners. - Ensure compliance with safety standards as well as legal requirements. - Ensure regular reporting on project progress. Your profile \- Higher education in the field of construction, construction management, or project management. - Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing construction projects in Switzerland. - Solid technical knowledge of buildings (HVAC, building techniques or similar fields). - Mastery of common IT tools; knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset. - German native language with an excellent level of French (minimum B2). - Driver's license indispensable.
