Your role – more than just the construction site You are not simply part of the team – you are responsible for your trade. From the first idea to the finished surface, you are involved: You actively work on the construction site, contribute your know-how to project planning, control procurement and build up your own team step by step. In short: You make your area your project. Your scope of action Operational – you stay in the craft High-quality painting and plastering work on demanding construction sites Filling work (Q2–Q4), painting, wallpapering and lacquering work Base, white plaster as well as abrasive and structural plaster Drywall, renovations and detailed work at the highest level Specialist – you think ahead Participation in project planning for your trade Technical solutions, detail clarifications and optimizations Support with tenders and calculations Sparring partner for construction management and architects Procurement & responsibility – you help decide Independent procurement for your trade Supplier selection, price negotiations and material strategy Cost awareness and shared responsibility for budgets Development & leadership – you develop your team Step-by-step buildup of a strong painting/plastering team Leadership, coaching and further development of employees Organization of construction sites and resources Ensuring quality, efficiency and deadlines What you bring with you Training as Maler EFZ and Gipser EFZ / (Alternatively Maler EFZ with solid plastering knowledge) With professional examination or higher technical examination Several years of experience in interior design at a good level Ideally experience in planning, procurement or leadership You don't just want to execute, but to take on responsibility Entrepreneurial thinking and an eye for quality and costs Reliability and strong professional presence Good German skills, driving license Cat.
