As a Chef de Rang, you take responsibility for your service station, coordinate with the kitchen and ensure that our customers feel perfectly at ease. Here are your tasks • Autonomous management of a service station in different sectors (restaurant, Salon d'Or, terrace) • Ensuring smooth and high-quality customer service • Competent welcome and advice for customers • Preparation of service and execution of all types of services (flambéing, carving, etc.) • Generating and promoting sales and upselling • Participation in the implementation and integration of processes as well as products • General preparation and cleaning work What characterizes you • Completed professional training in gastronomy and already acquired experience in a similar position • You take pleasure in offering a unique experience to customers • You are a team player and keep a cool head even in stressful situations • Good command of German, other languages are an asset
