Your tasks

• Preparation of consultations
• Reception and care of our patients in the new Ambulatorium Neurozentrum
• Ordering of images and findings
• Performance of blood sampling and wound controls
• Processing of the general mailbox and of referrals
• Mail processing and telephone service
• Support of the secretariat with administrative tasks (e.g., planning recall etc.)

Your profile

• Experience in administrative activities, ideally in a hospital environment
• Completed vocational training as Med. Praxisassistent/in or Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit
• Very good IT user knowledge (MS Office, KISIM and Ibi-Care an advantage)
• Stylish German in spoken and written form, good foreign language skills an advantage
• Able to work in a team, reliable and trustworthy
• Independent, expeditious and exact way of working
• Resilient even in hectic situations, with a clear view of priorities
