Clerk Finance and Accounting 80-100%

Introduction

We are a growing SME in Stäfa on Lake Zurich.
As an established real estate service company, we have specialized in the areas of condominium ownership as well as rental management for over 50 years.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Clerk Finance and Accounting (80-100%) immediately or by arrangement.

These are your tasks

• Booking of all banks and processing of payment transactions
• Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Debit positioning including dunning and collection management
• Preparation of the annual financial statements of the STEG/MEG properties
• Preparation of budgets for the STEG/MEG mandates
• Preparation of tax statements (interest & capital statements)
• Contact with owners, tenants, caretakers and tradespeople, local authorities etc.
• Mutual substitution within the accounting team

Qualifications

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training in finance and accounting or the real estate industry is an advantage
• Professional experience in real estate accounting
• Solution-oriented, responsible and customer-oriented thinking
• Independent, reliable and exact way of working, resilience
• Sound knowledge of MS-Office, administration program ImmoTop 2 and Mammut Lion is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
