• Starting salary for career changers: CHF 4'333 x 12
• From a monthly gross profit of CHF 15'000, your salary increases depending on performance
• From a monthly gross profit of CHF 26'000, your monthly salary is 33 % of the achieved gross profit
• Those who sell and mediate successfully can earn above average with us

Your performance therefore has a direct influence on your salary.

Entry as a career changer possible

You do not need experience as a personnel consultant or recruiter. We will teach you recruitment from the ground up.
